This gets it's own post because we have done a few things together this month and I need to document them. Anthony has lost quite a bit of weight and he has been more willing to hike and run with me. I love it!
One Saturday we snowshoed over six miles together. We went from Tibble Fork up the American Fork Canyon to Silver Lake Flat. There was so much snow. It was gorgeous but also pretty hard work. There has been so much snow this winter.

We tried to take the trail instead of the road on the way down but that was a crazy idea. There was so much snow. We fell a few times and were like ten feet above the river we are supposed to be next to. We got back on the road as soon as we could.
Utah really is a beautiful place.
Then on a Monday evening we ran/walked on the Provo River Trail down by the lake. It was a nice night and Moki needed some exercise.
We also went to Bryce Canyon with Amber. We did that all in one day. That was a long Saturday. I have wanted to go in the winter. It did not disappoint. That red rock with snow was two thumbs up!
Unfortunately all the lower trails into the canyon were closed. They have had so much snowfall that the trail isn't cleared. I was really bummed but we ended up getting in a lot of walking on the rim so it worked out ok.
Anthony is also being so adventurous because he is trying to make my adventure wall in the living room. We will see if that happens:)
It really was so pretty and a fun day minus all the driving.
