It is hard to leave knowing you have to hike 10 miles in the heat and the drive 10 hours to get home. Definitely a bummer after all the fun we had. We got up early so we could hopefully beat the heat.
I wanted to get a couple of pictures while the sun wasn't up. I love the waterfall without shadows. Bye Havasu Falls, you were good to us.
And Little Navajo Falls, unfortunatley we didn't have the time or energy to explore you. Till we meet again.
Taking one little break. We hiked out in under four hours. Not bad.
And the dun came up right at the switchbacks. It was hot!
Sorry for all the selfies. It really is beautiful canyon.
It was an amazing adventure. I was very grateful that I didn't have to drive home and could just rest in the car. Thanks Ben! My feet were blistered and swollen but such good times.
